Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy
We want to remind you that we have a late cancellation and missed appointment fee of $70. This policy is in place because when a session is scheduled, we reserve that time specifically for you, which means it’s not available to other patients who could benefit from treatment.
By ensuring timely cancellations, we can offer these slots to someone who may urgently need our support. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide timely care to all our patients.
If you have any concerns about scheduling, please feel free to discuss them with us. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us serve our community better.
Please cancel your visit within 48 hours of the scheduled time to avoid late/no-show fees.
Refund Policy
At Floriss Wellness PLLC, we strive to provide high-quality telehealth services and ensure satisfaction with our care. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we are committed to a fair and transparent process.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Consultation Services
Full refunds may be issued if a scheduled consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
If a consultation is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued, unless in cases of emergency at the discretion of Floriss Wellness PLLC.
In the event that Floriss Wellness PLLC cannot fulfill a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or the appointment may be rescheduled without additional fees.
2. No-Show Policy
A $70 no-show fee will be charged for any missed appointments without prior notice or cancellation.
This fee is mandatory and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments, regardless of the circumstances.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If a patient is unsatisfied with the service provided, Floriss Wellness PLLC will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the consultation date.
Refunds will be processed if it is determined that the service was not delivered as described or was significantly below the standard of care expected.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Prescription costs, third-party service fees, administrative fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used by the patient.
